یعنی جو طلباء اپنے قریبی نادرہ سینٹر سے تعلیمی وظیفہ پروگرام میں رجسٹر ہوں گے، ان کو ادائیگی ملے گی۔ جو طلباء اپنی تعلیمی اخراجات کی فکر میں ہوں، انھیں مزید تشویق ملے گا کہ وہ نادرہ سینٹر سے رجسٹر ہو کر اپنی تعلیمی ضروریات کو مکمل کریں۔
