BISP Phase 2 Quarterly Installments
Exciting news for those in the selected districts for BISP Phase 2 – the distribution of quarterly installments has kicked off! Your assistance amount is now safely transferred to your BISP account. Simply head to your nearest campsite to collect the full amount hassle-free.
Recognizing the challenges faced by beneficiaries during mass distributions, the Chairperson of BISP decided to split the quarterly disbursements into two phases this time around. The first phase began on May 13 and is ongoing, with 45% of beneficiaries already receiving their increased assistance amount of PKR 10,500 per quarter.
Districts Included in 1st & 2nd Phase
Pakistan’s districts have been split into two parts – one part in the first phase and the remaining districts in the second phase.
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province: Mardan, Peshawar, Malakand, and all districts in Hazara Division.
- Sindh Province: All districts in Karachi Division and Hyderabad District.
- Punjab Province: Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, all districts of Sargodha Division, and Wahari District.
- Gilgit Baltistan and other districts are included in the second phase’s distribution. Beneficiaries should visit their nearest campsite upon receiving the money transfer message from 8171. Remember to collect a receipt upon receiving the full amount at no extra cost. Report any individual requesting a fee for the BISP amount.
How Beneficiaries Can Receive BISP Amount
Similar to the first phase, the second phase’s distribution will also take place at designated campsites. Eligible women need to present a valid national identity card and provide their details to the representative on-site.
The representative will verify their information through the BISP device, confirm the account balance, and disburse the specified amount after biometric verification. If any deductions occur, beneficiaries should contact the BISP helpline immediately to report the issue.
Filing a Complaint Against Deductors
Registering a complaint against a BISP deductor is a straightforward process. To lodge an online complaint, reach out to the BISP helpline promptly. The control room representative will document your complaint and initiate resolution within 72 hours once the complaint’s validity is verified.
To file a manual complaint, visit the nearest BISP office, request an application form, complete it with necessary details, and submit the form back to the office. Your complaint will be investigated, and if valid, corrective action will be taken promptly to refund any deducted amount.
