Government Initiative: Free School Meals for Students

In a groundbreaking move, the Prime Minister of Pakistan has declared the provision of free meals to students in schools, ensuring no child attends school on an empty stomach. The initiative includes free breakfast and milk for primary and secondary school students.

Objectives of the Initiative

With nearly 60% of Pakistan’s population comprising youth and children, the initiative aims to address the educational needs and nutritional requirements of over five million school-going children.
