The year 2024 marks a significant milestone as Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sahiba, has launched the registration process for electric motorbikes. This initiative allows individuals to visit their nearest office and complete the registration with the required documentation before the deadline on April 29th set by the Chief Minister.

Online Registration Process

For added convenience, individuals can also opt for online registration by visiting bikes.punjab.gov.pk. Notably, male and female students can avail themselves of this opportunity by depositing Rs 7325 in easy installments, granting them access to electric motorbikes provided as a gift by Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz.

Application Deadline and Benefits

Recognizing the financial constraints hindering many students from pursuing education, Chief Minister Punjab has extended this facility exclusively to male and female students. The scheme has already benefitted numerous students in the initial phase, offering them motorbikes through convenient installment plans.

Facilitating Easy Monthly Installments

In a further effort to support students, Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, has introduced a system where students can acquire electric motorbikes through affordable monthly installments. By depositing Rs 11676 in easy installments, students can access these motorbikes at reasonable rates.

Government Subsidy and Petrol Bike Supply

To alleviate financial burdens, the government of Punjab has allocated a subsidy of one billion rupees for interest-free bikes. Additionally, Chief Minister Punjab has ensured the supply of 19,000 petrol bikes and 1000 electric bikes aimed at enhancing accessibility and mobility for the populace, particularly students.

Registration Process and Requirements

The registration process necessitates individuals to furnish their documents, including an ID card, bay form, school certificates, among others, at the nearest center. Students aged above 18 can enroll through the web portal www.bikes.punjab.gov.pk, with registration closing on April 29.
