Benazir Hari Cards Distribution Commences in Various Districts!
The Sindh government recently initiated the distribution of Benazir Hari Cards to aid impoverished farmers across Pakistan. Bilawal Bhutto, the PPP chairman, announced the commencement of the Benazir Hari Cards Distribution for eligible farmers, ensuring they receive essential government assistance and financial aid. Qualified Kisans can apply for the Benazir Hari Card through the district Tehsil centers.
Sindh Government’s Initiative with Benazir Hari Card
During a ceremony at the Chief Minister’s House in Karachi, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari of the Pakistan People’s Party formally introduced the Benazir Hari Card. The launch event was broadcasted to gatherings in Mirpur Khas, Larkana, Ghotki, and Shaheed Benazirabad. Bilawal Bhutto emphasized how farmers, facing challenges from climate changes and natural disasters, would benefit from the support provided through the Benazir Hari Card, now at their disposal.
Registration of 1.4 Million Farmers for Hari Card
At the program’s inception, Sindh’s Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, revealed that 1.4 million small-scale farmers had enrolled for the card. Majority of these farmers own land ranging from one to twelve and a half acres, and cardholders are expected to receive priority treatment during government procurement of premium wheat, fertilizer, and seeds.

Bilawal Bhutto lauded the projects of the PPP government nationwide during his speech, promising transparency and efficiency. He highlighted the revolutionary impact of the Benazir Income Support Program and the Labor Card, which have now evolved into the Benazir Hari Card. Farmers utilizing this card are assured of unwavering government support.
